Terms of Service

Effective October 12, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Jesse Parsons ("we", "us"), who operates the StyleRx iPhone app and its service ("StyleRx"). By using StyleRx you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use StyleRx.

1. Who can use StyleRx

You must be 18 or older. You sign in with Apple and are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Apple account secure.

2. What StyleRx does

StyleRx organises photos of your clothes, suggests outfits from your own closet, and can create an AI Try-On image of a look on a photo of you. Outfit suggestions and Try-On images are generated automatically. They are for inspiration only: a Try-On is an AI-created picture, not an exact representation of how a garment fits, its size, colour or condition.

3. Your photos and content

• You keep ownership of the photos and information you add ("your content").
• You give us a limited permission to store, process and display your content only to provide StyleRx to you — including sending a photo of you and photos of your clothes to our AI provider when you ask for a Try-On, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content for advertising or to train AI models.
• Only add mannequin photos of yourself, and only photos you have the right to use.
• You can delete your content, or your account, in the app at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload photos of another person, or of anyone under 18;
• upload nude, sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, or use StyleRx to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, disrupt or overload the service, get around usage limits, or reverse-engineer the service except where the law allows;
• use StyleRx in a way that breaks the law or the usage policies of our AI provider.

We may refuse a photo or a Try-On request, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

5. Plans and limits

StyleRx includes a monthly allowance of Try-Ons and outfit generations that depends on your plan; the app shows how many you have left and when they renew. Unused allowances do not carry over. If paid plans are offered, they are purchased and managed through Apple, under Apple's terms, and any price and renewal terms are shown before you buy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep StyleRx available, but it may be interrupted, limited or changed — for example, AI Try-Ons may be paused to protect the service or control costs. We may update features and these terms; if we make significant changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use StyleRx after that means you accept the updated terms.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using StyleRx and delete your account at any time in Account › Delete Account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering StyleRx; where reasonable, we will give you notice.

8. Disclaimers

StyleRx is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee that suggestions or Try-On images will be accurate, suitable or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising out of or relating to StyleRx or these terms, even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to StyleRx or these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for StyleRx in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $50.

These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them — for example, some laws do not allow limiting liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limiting rights consumers have that cannot be waived. In those cases our liability is limited only to the extent that law permits.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

11. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for StyleRx or its content, maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also follow the Apple Media Services Terms.
